I’m guessing it’s some guy that had to use the trains quite often and got fed up with the “shit service”. And then a thought hit him, “I know, if the trains are so shit, ill go and shit all over them!”
Now that is style!

He really does deserve a round of applause, he has got his point across beautifully and has the satisfaction / bragging rights to be able to say “my ass has caused £60,000 of damage”
